We take pride in our handcrafted candles, which may feature minor imperfections and colour variations between batches.

Please note that returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. Given the delicate nature of our candles, they may occasionally arrive damaged due to shipping. If this happens, please photograph the damaged packaging and items upon receipt, and email them to info@lumieredelag.com for further assistance.
